Interestingly, I see that the print I posted in my followup was actually modified from an 1813 version featuring Onoe Matsusuke II -- for the 1815 version the publisher just swapped out the actor's name!
But of perhaps greater relevance to the matter at hand, I've also spotted a different 1815 Toyokuni design featuring Ichikawa Danjūrō in what looks like the same role, but a different (related?) play, "Haji momiji ase no kaomise" 慙紅葉汗顔見勢.
I bring this up mainly because the full role name given on this print appears to be identical to that on yours -- "Keisei Takao" けいせい高尾.
