Here's some information that may help you decide what to do.

The publisher is Matsumura Tatsuemon Active 1793-1832. According to Andreas Marks seal ref.03-009/311 was used from 1810-32 unserialized actor prints.
Seal ref. 03-008/311 = 1790's

Single kiwame censor seal. There are two options either (1791-1805) or c.XII/1805-II/1811. The kiwame seal is regularly used and sometimes combined with a separate date seal.

I'm not sure about the date of your print but Iwai Kumesaburo I died in 1804.

This is the link to a complete triptych but with a different actor. This version is dated 1828 but IMO yours is probably very early 18th century.
