Thanks Alec, Bit late but hope you get notified.
I have read that privatly published poems prints were produced.
It seemed such a large text I wonderd what it was. Looking at the museum link i now realise, though called an album, it is all on one sheet. Each column is an individual poem with as you say the poets name at the bottom.
