The artist is Mumekuni (む美國), a student of Yoshikuni.
The title of the series is "Bandō Minosuke: nine variations in shosagoto (= dance drama)“ (kyū henka shosagoto - Bandō Minosuke [九変化所作事 坂東簑助 (also 蓑助)]).
I cannot read the kanji on the left under “坂東簑助”; maybe the title of the play.
If you search for “九変化” and “坂東蓑助” (not: 坂東簑助 ! ) you will find another sheet from the series.
All of the roles depicted are played by Bandō Minosuke.
