MFA Boston and Ritsumeikan do attribute this signature, with the first kanji 彦 written in older hiragana to Toyokawa Hikokuni:

I believe that Emilio's print (or another of the same series) is illustrated in 'Kamigata yakusha-e shūsei', Vol. II.
