I have to side with Horst that the signature is "Mumekuni" -- the kana for "mu" and "hi" are indeed hard to distinguish, but the second kana on the poster's print is certainly "me" and not "ko".

To illustrate the argument, I have used MFAB 11.35251 and 11.35106 in the attached image, along with hentaigana and kanji samples from the Unicode Kana Supplement.
