About all I can say about this one is that the publisher seal appears to belong to Maruya Jinpachi 丸屋甚ハ.

In my experience, kakemono ("pillar print") designs are difficult to date usefully -- they were usually not serialized and they don't tend to have much of any text. That said, "circa 1820s" is probably a safe bet.
