It reads "Gyokuzan joshi" 玉山女史. "Joshi" is a generic honorific suffix for women, like "Mrs." etc. I can't say I'm used to seeing it in artist signatures, but Gyokuzan appears to have used it liberally -- see, for example, this Shijo surimono:
