It is a double triptych that matches as a hexaptych.
Therefore there are two titles: the three sheets on the left (MfA Boston) have the kanji "相模様源氏製", which Andreas Marks, "Genji’s World in Japanese Woodblock Prints", page 267, with
"Ai moyō Genji Jitate" (Mutually creating Genji) reads.
The right triptych the kanji “其紫袖ヶ浦染“. read as “Sono Yukari Sode ga Urazome“ (Related sleeves in bay-dye).
