This is a design from a Kuniyasu series entitled "Tsūzoku Suikoden gōketsu hyakuhachinin no hitori" 通俗水滸伝豪傑百八人之壹個 ("The hundred and eight heroes of the Suikoden"). The series parodies the famous Kuniyoshi series of the same name, pairing courtesans with characters from the Suikoden.

This design features the courtesan Hanagoromo of the Wakanaya 若那屋内花衣. I'm not sure which Suikoden character this design pairs with.
