The artist is Utagawa Sadahide here signing Gountei Sadahide ga
The publisher is Yamaguchiya Tobei active 1805-95 ( Marks ref 591 )
Unfortunately the date seal on your print is unreadable ( ca 1860 )
The carver is Hori Kane
Subject seems to be Lord Yoritomo's Procession
