Artist: Toyohara Chikanobu (1838-1912), signing "Yōshū Chikanobu" 楊洲周延
Series: "Yamato fūzoku onna reishiki" 倭風俗女礼式 ("Customary Japanese Women's Etiquette")
Publisher: Morimoto Junzaburō 森本順三郎
Date: Meiji 25 (1892)

It appears that some impressions of this design do not bear the same publisher seal, so clearly multiple editions were issued. A design from the series is cataloged in "The Edward Burr Van Vleck Collection of Japanese Prints", which gives the date as "c. 1880s", so that would suggest that the 1892 edition is not the earliest.
