This is a design from a series by Katsukawa Shunchō 勝川春潮 entitled "Sanshoku nanashugyō" 蚕織七種業 ("Seven Scenes of Sericulture"). MFA Boston has a different design from the series, and they give the publication date as 1780s:

Your impression appears to me to be a 20th-century reproduction, possibly belonging to the same publication as this impression at Bryn Mawr College:
