The design is certainly late Hiroshige I, from his "One Hundred Famous Views of Edo" series. But it looks like it's a bit less detailed than museum impressions, as though it was a reduced-sized reproduction. What are the physical dimensions of the print? The original was ōban-sized -- MFA Boston lists 37.3 x 25.7 cm (14 11/16 x 10 1/8 in.) for an impression in their collection.
