The print is by Kunisada I, here signing “Toyokuni ga“.
It looks like the print is part of a multi-sheet composition. But I only know this one sheet.
On the print there are no role names, just a title: “Kagekiyo and the moon“ (Tsuki no Kagekiyo - 月の景清).
Maybe the print belongs to a series I don't know.
Nakamura Fukusuke I (left) and Sawamura Tanosuke III are shown as Kagekiyo and Hitomaru in the play "Kumikae teka chofu getsu", performed at the Nakamura Theater. Publisher is unidentified "Iseyoshi" and the date is 7ic / 1859.
