It reads "Takeda Katsuyori no shitsu" 武田勝頼之室, a slightly poetic way of saying "Takeda Katsuyori's wife".

Takeda Katsuyori married one of Hōjō Ujiyasu's daighters, so that must be the depicted figure. She seems to be referred to in a few different ways in Japanese, but in English she is usually known as "Lady Hojo". Wikipedia has an article on her in French:
