As per "Shinonome Akiyuki", that is a possible reading of 東雲明行. Hara Shobo seems to suggest "東雲明行" to be a series title, or maybe just the most prominent inscription. "東雲" usually means "daybreak" or "dawn", and "明" often means "bright" or "clear", so those make sense together, but "行" has a lot of meanings that don't connect in an obvious way. A humorous play on words is always a possibility!
