I've found a bit more information on the series... it appears that Goyō Hashiguchi supervised a whole series of these Utamaro reprints, published in 1920 (shortly before his death).

And here, the seal is described as a "red Goyo publisher seal":

And indeed it looks like the first two kanji of the seal are 五葉, "Goyō". I'm not sure what the rest of the seal says.
