I've located two other prints from the series in museum collections, but I'm afraid that clear answers appear to be lacking.

The series is entitled 江都十所絶景, read either "Kōto jussho zekkei" (MFA Boston) or "Edo jisho zekkei" (British Museum). The artist is either Chōbunsai Eishi (MFA) or Katsukawa Shunchō (BM). The publisher seal(s) appears to be unidentified.

There's also a third design listed on a retail site. None of the designs appear to have been signed.
