According to the description of the print at MFA,

there were two editions, and your print seems to be from the earlier edition (by Nishimuraya Yohachi), because in the later edition the publisher seal is in the bottom left corner.

Marks mentions that Nishimuraya used the seal shown on the MFA print between 1782 and 1809.

The round seal on your print is the censor seal. The publisher seal is hidden by the frame. If you can see the rectangular red seal, it is further evidence that your print is that old.
