I don’t think it’s a diptych. These are two prints from an untitled set of half-length actor prints with shortend play titles as print titles.
For the print here I couldn’t find the data, but for your print, the “right“ hand one, I did:
Print title should be “Hanayagura“ (はなやぐら). Ōtani Tomomatsu I (大谷友松) as Shizuka (しづか) and Jitsukawa Enjaku I (実川延若) as Tadanobu (忠信) in the play “Hanayagura Hitome Senbon“ (花櫓詠千本), performed at Chikugo theatre, Ōsaka, in 4/1863.
For the missing data from the other print, one would have to search through Yoshitaki's prints from 1863 to find the motifs and data.
