The signature in the toshidama cartouche is "ki-ō Toyokuni hitsu" (= Kunisada I).
To the left of it is the carver's seal, presumably “hori Takshichi”.
To the right is the publisher's mark, could be Ōkura Magobei (= Yorozuya Magobei).
The photo is out of focus, so it cannot be read precisely.
Give us a photo of the entire print, then further details may be possible.
