It reads "Takamizawa honsha han" 高見沢本社版 (高見澤本社版). Some causal research suggests that this seal was used by Takamizawa in the 1940s at least; I do not know anything more about it.

Here's another image of the seal, though the page gives seems to give a slightly spurious transcription and reading:
