There is an impression of this catalogued by Hankyu Culture Foundation (0496-02):

It appears to be a diptych with 0496-01:

Hankyu identifies it as a Toyokuni I design from an 1819 theater performance.

That said, see also this 1832 Kunisada diptych, showing the same actor names and roles in a strikingly similar composition:

The difference in dates would imply different actors (Nakamura Shikan I vs II, Bandō Mitsugorō III vs IV). Maybe both sources are correct and these designs are from different performances, but I am suspicious that they may belong to the same performance... I just don't have the expertise to say who is right here.
