This comes from a Kunisada II series entitled "Joshō sanjūrokkisen", published by Tsutaya Kichizō 蔦屋吉蔵 in 1869. I have seen the title rendered as both 女粧三十六貴銭 and 女粧三十六貴賎 (with the last kanji different) -- I don't know if one is more correct than the other, or if different designs spell the series title differently.

In any event, this design appears to be titled "Uji chatsumi" 宇治茶つみ -- tea-picking at Uji.
