Compare your print with other copies available on internet, by querying John Resig's site, or googling the Japanese title "日吉山王祭り子". But dont take the date given there for granted, they might just have given the date of the first edition. One clue is embossing, which seems to be present on some prints. Another is color (the color of the Hiroshige cartouche on your print is much lighter than on others); fading has to be taken into account, of course. Look for slight differences due to recarving. Tough job.
