Yes, the print bears Yoshitora's signature, reading "Kinchōrō Yoshitora ga" 錦朝楼芳虎画.

The design is "Kudanme" 九段目 ("Act Nine") of the series "Mitate Chūshingura" 見立忠臣蔵.

The "nanushi" censor seals are for Muramatsu and Yoshimura, indicating a likely publication date of 1847-1848. The series appears to be catalogued by Marks as having been published by unknown publisher U491.
