The print is by Kunisada I, here signing "Kōchōrō Kunisada ga" (bottom part is missing). It's part of a multisheet composition (probalbly triptych). The picture shows the "procession" of a princess, here mostly accompanied by children.
Kunisada drew such children's prints around 1840/42.
A publisher's seal is not visible; I don't know the other sheets of the print.
