I read "Gosekku no uchi: sangatsu" 五節句之内三月 ("The Five Festivals: Third Month"), and "Yadama [or Yagyoku] [no] uchi: Shiratama" 弥玉内しら玉 ("Shiratama of the house of Yadama/Yagyoku").

Marks doesn't list the series, but he does list the publisher seal (26-122) -- it belongs to Fujiokaya Hikotarō 藤岡屋彦太郎, and, according to Marks, was used only in 1839.

I haven't found any images of designs from this series, but here's a Kunisada print depicting the same courtesan (or another from the same line):
