The print is by Kunisada I, signing “Gototei Kunisada ga“. It’s part of a kabuki multisheet composition (most probably the center sheet of a triptych; I don’t know the missing sheets). Depicted is Ichikawa Danjūrō VII (市川団十郎) as Aku no Genta (also Genda) (悪の源太) in the play “Ichiyō Raifuku Shibuya Tsuwamono“ performed at the Kawarazaki theatre, Edo, in 11/1830. Publisher is Kawaguchiya Shōzō.
