Yes, it's a diptych. The scene depicting the fight between Ohatus and Iwafuji only shows these both women.
Here it is by Kunisada I, signing "ki-ō Toyokuni ga". Depicted are (from left) Sawamura Tanosuke III and Bandō Hikosaburō V as shijo Ohatsu (仕女お初) and tsubone Iwafuji (局岩藤) in the play “Sano keizu Soga no gosho zome“, performed at the Nakamura theatre, Edo. Date is 1/1862; publisher Echizenya Kajū and carver “Fukagawa hori Chō“.
