The seal to the upper right is "shita-uri" シタ賣. This seal is discussed extensively in Marks, but the short version is that it's a regulation-related seal whose exact purpose is unclear, but was used exclusively on actor prints from 1850-1853.

The lower-right seal ("kichi, izutsuya" 吉/井筒屋) is the seal of publisher Izutsuya Shōkichi 井筒屋庄吉 (Marks 21-060).

The bottom seal is a carver seal reading "Hori Mino" 彫巳の.
