Tokyo Metro Library has impressions as well, but not much more info. Here's one sheet of theirs:

This particular record looks to have a transcription of the text on that sheet of the print, but I am no help translating it.

Probably unrelatedly, I did find a couple of fun prints from the same year and month, depicting the same actors:

These seem to me to be "fantasy-type" mitate designs, not associated with any actual theater production. But whether the same is true of the design in question here I do not know.
