After taking a closer look at the prints of the series, I came to the conclusion that the last five prints again show scenes in Edo.
No. 158 is Shiba Bay in Edo, No. 159 should be the Hie Shrine in Chiyoda, Edo, and numbers 160 to 162 show a Nō performance in honor of the shōgun in Edo.
The bridge on the print no. 161 (the print in question here) is very likely the Babasaki-mon of Edo Castle. Compare https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Babasakimon_%3D_a_Gate_of_Edo_Castle.jpg
