The left print is by Utagawa Toyokuni I, and shows Segawa Rokō IV 瀬川路考 in the role of Osome おそめ in "Ukina no Tane Abura" 浮名種艶油, performed 1811, 3rd month at the Nakamura in Edo. The publisher seal (bottom) belongs to Tsuruya Kinsuke 鶴屋金助. The other seals are censor seals.

Here's another impression:

The other print, also by Toyokuni, shows Iwai Hanshiro V 岩井半四郎 in the role of Okaru (I think), but I don't know the play or date. The publisher seal here, reading "Zen" 善, belongs to an unidentified publisher working between 1808 and 1811.
