It's from a series entitled "Tōsei sanjūni sō" 當勢三十二想, published in 1869 by Yorozuya Magobei 万屋孫兵衛.

The Van Gogh Museum glosses the series title as "Thirty-Two Modern Conceptions".

I'm not sure how exactly to read or translate the title of your design, "思ひ切がよさ相". I guess the reading is something like "Omoikiri ga yosa sō".
