OK, great... the colophon is hard to read, but it looks like the publication date is Meiji 25, 11th month, 10th day (and also 21st day), so 1892-11-10 and 1892-11-21. The publisher is Osaka-based Aoki Tsunesaburō 青木恒三郎.

The title is "Keinen kachō gakan" 景年花鳥画鏡 (Keinen's Bird-and-Flower Painting Album).

The contents of the colophon on their impression looks the same to me as on yours, though I do see some slight printing differences, such as the interaction between the artist seal and the design elements. The National Diet Library has a (monochrome) scan, and theirs looks like BM's:

So perhaps this is evidence of at least two printings, with some slight changes made for the later one? That said, such tweaks could possibly have been made *during* a single print run, so in truth I do not know the correct explanation for the variation.
