The print is by Kunisada I, here signing "Toyokuni ga". It belongs to the series "A line-up of the 5 chivalrous men" (Kyōkaku gonin-zoroi no uchi, 侠客五人揃の内). Depicted is an unnamed actor as Karikane Bunshichi (鳫金文七). The actor could be Onoe Kikugorō III. The publisher's logo is "Waka" (若) for Wakasaya Yoichi; the censor seal is "Mera" (米良) for Mera Taichirō and was used alone 1843-1846. Because Kunisada changed his name to Toyokuni in 1844 the print can be dated to 1845/46.
I can't read the text on the left.
