Per MFA Boston, it is:

No. 16, Kanbara: View of the Fuji River from Iwabuchi Hill (Iwabuchi no oka yori Fujikawa ch˘b˘), from the series Famous Sights of the Fifty-three Stations (Gojűsan tsugi meisho zue), also known as the Vertical T˘kaid˘

「五十三次名所図会 十六 蒲原 岩淵の岡より不二河眺望」
