This is a page from "Umi no sachi" 海の幸 ("Treasures of the Sea"), illustrated by Katsuma Ryūsui 勝間竜水 (17111796) and originally published in 1762.

The Smithsonian, which has a 1778 imprint, also has a nice essay discussing the work and its context:
