If I understand the seller's description correctly, it is a 20th-century reproduction print of an old Tosa-school painting, published by Nihon Gasui-sha 日本画粋社, also called "Japan Print Purity Company". From what I've seen elsewhere, this publisher's output seems to mostly date to the 1920s.
