The design is "Nihonbashi" 日本ばし from an 1874 series entitled "Tōkyō kaika meikei kurabe" 東京開化名景競. The series title is usually translated as "Famous Places in Modern Tokyo", but a more literal rendering might be something like "Contest of Famous Views of Modern Tokyo".
The series was designed by Kunisada III, here signing as Baidō Kunimasa 梅堂 国政, and was published by Tsujiokaya Bunsuke 辻岡屋文助.
