The artist is actually Yōsai Nobukazu 楊斎延一, Chikanobu's student.

The design depicts the Imagawa Yoshimoto at the Battle of Okehazama.

This impression at Keio University is dated 1892:

It looks like the date has been struck off on your impression, so I take it to be a later edition.
