The text reads "Ōgiya uchi Hanaōgi" 扇屋内花扇 (the courtesan Hanaōgi of the Ōgiya brothel). It likely doesn't belong to a series of any sort, but is an "unserialized beauty print".

The publisher seal belongs to Ezakiya Tatsuzō 江崎屋辰蔵. According to Marks, this seal was used from 1832 to 1844.
