The print is by Kunisada I, here signing "Kōchōrō Toyokuni ga". It's the left sheet of a mitate (imagined) kabuki triptych (see https://dl.ndl.go.jp/info:ndljp/pid/1307808). Depicted is Iwai Kumesaburō III as Hakoōmaru shotaimen [first encounter of/with Hakoōmaru] (箱王丸初対面).
Publisher is Tsutaya Kichizō, censor seals are Mera (on your copy trimmed off on the left side) and Murata; date c. 1850.
