I think the roles are
Shijaku: Honzō musume Konami [Honzō's daughter Konami] (本蔵娘小なみ),
Karoku: Honzō no nyōbō Tonase [Honzō's wife Tonase] (本蔵の女房となせ), where the "と" in "Tonase" is spelled slightly "unusual".
