The signature belongs to Kitagawa Utamaro, reading
"Utamaro hitsu" 哥麿筆. The ovular seal is a date seal for 1807, 11th month (snake 11, 卯十弌). The publisher seal is that of Iwatoya Kisaburō 岩戸屋喜三郎.
