The figure in the left design is Jitsukawa Enjaku I 実川延若 as the story's protagonist, Urashima Tarō 浦島太郎. The title here is "Keisei Tamatebako, maki no ..." 契情玉手箱 巻のx.

The depiction of Otohime seems to be fairly conventional -- see, for example:
