I have an interest in this because I own a kiseruzutsu based on this print and recently saw another kiseruzutsu with the same design.
I sent an inquiry to Hara Shobo, specialists in ukiyo-e in Tokyo, who has this print for sale if they possible
had any information on artist or print year and did receive this answer:
"Nagasaki School prints were produced rather long time and they are not
dated, without artist's name, publisher's or censorship seal.
Therefore I can only say late 18th- mid 19th Century."

If the dating of the Zebregs & Röell signed Hisamine kiseruzutsu is correct, then this Nagasaki-e print has to
be from late 18th to very early 19th Century.
