The print is signed "Shunkō ga" (春好画).
Depicted is a sumō match between Mikuniyama [Shōzō] (三国山 [庄藏]) active 1813-1822 on the left and Onoyama Kisanji (小野山 [喜三治]) active 1819-1822 on the right.
Far left and far right are two more unnamend wrestlers as adjutants.
Katsukawa Shunkō I died in 1812 so the artist is Katsukawa Shunsen (勝川 春扇; active c. 180520), later Katsukawa Shunkō II (勝川 春好).
The publisher's logo is top left ("三" in a circel) for Ibaya Sensaburō (伊場屋 仙三郎). And the print can be dated to 1819/20.
